I applied online. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN)
Interview
The first interview was a half hour phone call. The next step is an hour long panel interview with three employees. If you're still a college student and/or don't have much experience in finance or accounting, this interview may be very difficult. They ask a lot of very specific questions about the industry. The rest is going through your resume very thoroughly and if it's on your resume, be an expert at it to know how to answer any questions. They also asked for several examples of what you could've done better and things you didn't do well.
To sum it up, all the interviewers were friendly and helpful. The follow up was also very timely. Just know that they're basically hiring for an entry-level job and they will do some training, but the interview process seems to expect you already have a lot of knowledge.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions about the resume. Asked for stories of how I overcame a challenge and how I improved a project/process. How to deal with group work.
There were some basic math questions at one point and these are some I remember. They probably change it though:
1) One divided by three fourths equals what?
2) One hundred fifty is what percent of thirty?
3) If 3-x = 2x-3, what does 4x equal?
Phone interview, test (not to bad) then two interviews after. General questions like describe how you handle tough situations with clients, give an example of when you had to tell a client something went wrong and how did you handle

Interview
3 stages, first HR then Team and final with Heads. Very smooth in general with HR acting as supporting and Team/Heads challenging throughout the stages. Used to be some stress testing to ensure that you are prepared to deal with different client situations.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN)
Interview
The first step was an interview over the phone. It was not a great experience, as soon as she found out that I was not still with my prior employer there was a lot of negative energy from the interviewer that remained the duration of the call. I was then ghosted by the recruiter, which aligns with what a lot of colleagues have also said about interviewing at this office. If they do not treat you right as a candidate, they definitely will not treat you right as an employee.

Question 1
If I was still with my employer, why not? After that the only questions that were really asked is if I had any questions. At that point it was very clear that they were not interested
