It was pretty brief, normal behavioral questions on rphone with a recruiter. About 30 mins of my time. Hiring took two weeks for me, guess they were really in need of some one. I know the process can take months sometimes but i was lucky.

Interview
I applied on Workday, received call from recruiter asking to interview, had an interview with recruiter, and they scheduled for me to interview with the floor manager on the desired floor I picked.
Easy. Ask you why you want to be in patient care. They prefer STNA. If you don’t they will train you as a PCNA but it’s a much easier process if you already have STNA.
