Three months, five interviews, referred via two internal contacts.
Was not alerted they had a second candidate even after the final interview and then went silent for more than a week - not even an email to ‘we’re reviewing our options and will revert etc’. So I had to deduce that I didn’t get the role. Not a great brand experience. Two senior candidates for a junior role.
They seem nice enough but a lot of focus on build / execute, less on culture - understandable during startup phase but in the longer term could have been a bit joyless.
Company line is ‘I took a pay cut to come here’ so be prepared to take a hit.
