ClickUp Account Executive interview questions

Really weird and unorganized interview process. You do 1 interview with a recruiter , 1 quick one with a sales manager, then one final one where they throw you in a role play interview. You have to sell their product, create a free account on their site and pitch a very complex product (of course without training on it). They use the Meddic sales process (FYI), in the middle of my “pitch” a sales manager jumps in my interview way late (rude, unprofessional and also very awkward - I’m trying to be polite and introduce myself - but also pitch their product). He missed the first 5-10 minutes of my interview, which is crucial for making a good first impression. They don’t try to make it conversational at all, pretty dry personalities. Seems like a growing company with potential, however their interview process is pretty unorganized and I did not get good first impressions by any of their managers. They all seemed grumpy and not happy to be interrupting their day.

The first screening interview was done on line. It required answering a number of 'reasonable enough' questions. It also required completing a typing test (of all things) and downloading Loon to record myself for them to view. The disappointing thing is they never had the courtesy to let me know they received all screening information. And they never told me they weren't going to take me to the next step. At the end of the day, I got a great new position elsewhere and I was glad I didn't hear back from them. Because if a company that asks you to do a fair amount of work for them can't bother to communicate with you, it shows that they can't possibly care about their people.
