The interview process is very long. It took me almost a month from applying to the final interview process. I went through an agency they were using named Aerotek and they were the people I communicated with the entire process. They were pretty great! Very kind and helpful and they really took the time to answer any questions I had so I could have the tools for a successful interview. The mini project they ask you do takes much longer than 5 hours. It took me almost an entire day between learning the platform and filming yourself using it. I did enjoy the process though, If I had gotten the job it would've been a great first step because I already had the basics of clicks down. Unfortunately they are very picky. After my last interview they contacted me the next day with my results. They told me they wanted me to be more knowledgeable of the tech I was using which I don't think was great feedback. There were things I didn't know but I was honest when I didn't and I told them I knew where to find the answers to the questions I didn't know. I went above and beyond for this process because I really wanted the job. I even joined Facebook Click up groups so I could learn along with other, before I even had the final interview. I know I would've been a great fit so its unfortunate that they are so hard because they're missing out on people like myself who genuinely have a passion for customer service and was already passionate about this company, but oh well, ill just take my skills elsewhere. Overall the process was fine and smooth. It is a lot of work but if you get the job I'm sure its worth it. Even the reps I worked with at Aerotek said I was one of the best candidates they've had because they could tell I was very passionate and really wanted the job and I did so much more than most candidates would. They say the main thing they're looking for is that drive and passion for customer service and thats me but either I didnt convey that well enough or they're just not very good at hiring. My advice is only apply if you really think you can get it, otherwise its a waste of time when you could interview for 3 other jobs in the time it took them to do one. I will say the ClickUp hiring team that I had for my final interview were very nice and made me feel comfortable talking to them. I love the company and the product they're offering and I only wish I could've gotten hired but here's to other opportunities!
