ClickUp interview questions

The whole process was hilarious. First the application process took a good 30 mins to complete because it asks absurd multiple open-ended questions. Just let my resume speak for itself and then ask these questions on the phone. The recruiter call was only 15 mins, shortest call I've ever taken. The recruiter couldn't answer half of my questions. Clearly this recruiter didn't know much about the role or how many people were on this team (I searched LinkedIn and found no one on this particular team and the recruiter said there was 3-5). I was asked to do a case study. This was before talking to any team members or hiring manager. Ok... maybe this is a new process they are trying.. I'll go with it. I spent couple hrs on it and submitted it. One week pass by.. I had to follow-up with email. The recruiter said multiple team members are reviewing so it's taking longer than expected. Another 2 weeks pass by and I get an email saying they are moving on. HA. So 3 weeks for them to probably use my case study and implement it. I literally gave them free project. Case studies that revolve around their specific product and the fact that I didn't talk to anyone on the team.. Dont waste your time. They seem like a great company to work for based on reviews but clearly they are very unorganized and need to clean up the recruitment.

Submitted an application with a 60-90 second video about myself. Then was followed up with an initial Zoom screen interview. After that I was emailed the same day to complete a mini project. After the mini project was reviewed, I was emailed with a final interview request. The final interview consisted of a demo with live role play, basic interview questions, and a quick assessment. The overall process was fun!
