ClickUp interview questions

As mentioned on their website, there is a 5 step process of submitting an application, initial interview with manager, a mini project assigned to you then a final interview with your team lead with an offer at the end. But I found the initial application process to be quite discerning as they will want you to upload a video of yourself before even speaking to a representative of the company. Then there is the mini project which asks of you to basic scenarios of the position you are interviewing as well another video portion to submit describing to them their product. Lastly during the final interview, it will be a repeat of the initial interview with yet a different team member and they will provide additional scenarios for you to solve while being recorded under a time limit to gauge your ability to work under pressure. As well as grammar and typing test to complete. I found the hoops needed to go through during the application, mini project and final interview to not be worth your time with this company as they will likely have already made their decision from your initial video.

Mini Project, using BEM, SASS, and HTML. Pixel perfect. The project was perfect.... but I think I did't use SASS in the way they needed me to.... so I didn't get past it. I asked for feedback... but they didn't give any... DO NOT WASTE you time taking a test.
