The interview was overall positive. I got a good impression, that it would be a positive work environment. Although, I am curious to read reviews from people that work for the Closet Factory.

I know the San Carlos owners personally, and I'm confident you had an accurate perception of the work environment. Attitude does start at the top, and Uri and David have contributed an uplifting spirit to all our franchise meetings and not just locally at the factory/showroom.
