I applied online. I interviewed at Closet Factory (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
I was asked questions about my experience and background. They wanted to know how my past job experiences would help me in the position they were offering me. I was asked to take a perspective index test before the interview. She asked me questions based on the results of the test as well. The owner Laurie Turner interviewed me and we had a very thorough conversation that ended up making the duration of a 30 minute interview an hour.
