4 rounds. From the get to they told me that with my experience (7 years) I don’t seem to be on staff level, but let’s see and we can always level down to Senior with this position. It already left a bad taste in my mouth and then they made sure to let me know that the salary (low/average senior) I’m asking for is not really viable, either. The HR person’s attitude was rude in some ways, not asking to add availability, rather telling me to with an hour deadline. They also didn’t take the time to give information about the compensation package at the screening interview even after me asking. After setting an interview for the last round, I got a call that they don’t do senior level for this role anymore so we have to separate ways and delete the interview event. It seemed a bit unprofessional, humiliating and a total waste of time.
