Cloudera Role In Sales interview questions

Very strange experience overall. I had a 1 hr gap between my interviews of which a person from HR just came in, and sat with me! I ended up interviewing 4 people that day, spent a good amount of time preparing for the interview before and at the interview (at least 8 hrs), but there was absolutely no follow through after that day ! I sent a thank you letter like I always do after an interview, but didn't hear anything back, they didn't even send me a rejection email or anything!! It was like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I understand that most of the people there are new themselves, but there has to be some kind of follow-up process for at least the on-site interviews. Most of the HR folks are from VMware and they have no clue what they're doing . This tell me they don't value other people's time and that they have no process in place for on-site interview follow-ups.
