It’s a two step interview process. After you’ve filled in the application and completed a behavioural aptitude questionnaire you will be asked to do a demand video interview. The demand video interview is quite simple, you get presented with two questions (which you find out after you sign in) and you have 2 minutes to answer. You are given multiple chances to record your answer. If you are successful, you’ll be invited to a “face to face”/video interview. They provide you will interview prep material so you have a lot of guidance as to what you’ll be asked in the interview. It lasts about an hour and half.
