Straightforward, questions provided ahead of time to help prepare. Interviewer was friendly and put me at ease. Questions that required examples from my own experiences and career so far. Interview was held at a different store from the one I applied for.
Prior to the interview, they sent an email containing the questions so it was easier to prepare.
My interviewer was friendly as well so this calmed my nerves. He asked the questions and talked about my availability and what the role entails
