The interview process was lengthy for me, its three interviews and they take a while to get back. Have to do a sales role play as a part of the second interview.

Interview
Recruiter reached out. Video interview, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager where I was asked to conduct a presentation on something I’ve sold previously. That was followed by a quick video interview with a director. Received an offer, which I accepted… the offer was then rescinded a week or so later due to something being flagged related to employment verification on the background check. I asked the recruiter for clarification and she refused to provide citing HIPAA laws as preventing her from being more specific (HIPAA refers to medical privacy, not sure how that applies). I then asked for clarity in writing from the recruiter and HR to allow me to contest any errors by the background company. Was ghosted by both. Baffling experience, I guess I’ll never know.

This was just the initial interview. The recruiter was nice but talked at me for the most part which was fine because I needed to know about the role. I have a second interview with the regional manager
