Excellent and fast pace process. They make you feel that you finally made to that great job but the truth is that the job is bad that they try to trick you in. You should mistrust a hiring process that is so straight forward.

They are the same behavioral questions of always. It is super easy to say something they would love to hear.

Interview
Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
