I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Washington, DC)
Interview
Phone interview followed by two in-person interviews. The big thing interviewers seemed to be looking for was someone who could be outgoing on the phone. The HR reps sdoing the recruiting appear to have quotas, and will be fairly helpful with feedback from early interviews to get you ready for the next rounds.

Interview
Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.
