I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Houston, TX) in Jun 2024
Interview
Interview was first done via phone with a 3rd party recruiter, then followed up by another phone interview from someone at the company. After this, the final interview was done in person at a Costar office. The interview process was very smooth although they were a bit spaced out, but that is pretty normalized.

Question 1
How are your customer service skills? How can you communicate with homeowners and agents to make your job successful?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Austin, TX) in Jun 2024
Interview
Before the interview, I was approached by a recruiter about the job and screened to make sure I was qualified, then I had a mini-interview on the phone with a Costar recruiter, before the in-person one.
The interview itself was quite easy - they asked very basic questions, and my doing research on the company ahead of time was overkill. I think I had more questions for them, than they did for me.
The background check they that comes after though, is insanely invasive for an entry-level position. Not a position of authority, nor handling money, and they demand so much documentation for every single thing. Uneccessary and excessive.
