I applied through a referral and received a call from HR after a week the interview was scheduled. There were two technical rounds (1st technical round from the Coforge employee and the other round from a client). After completing the first round, I have waited more than 15 days for the client's round after scheduling the client's round and giving the same since then there is no answer, It has been over 2 months (whether it has been cleared or not at least they should inform the candidate) so bad and unprofessional behavior from HR even I have also tried to contact HR but there was no response.

I would like to share my experience during the recent interview process at Coforge. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview for the position and understand the importance of a thorough evaluation process, I found certain aspects of the interaction disappointing and lacking professionalism.
Basic Information Gathering: It is standard practice to begin interviews by discussing a candidate's background, including their name, total experience, domain expertise, and proficiency in specific tools and programming languages. However, these fundamental questions were overlooked during my interview.
Irrelevant and Unstructured Questions: Some of the questions asked felt arbitrary and unrelated to the role or my profile. This approach not only lacked focus but also failed to assess my suitability for the position in a meaningful way.
Professional Conduct: An interview is a two-way process where both parties evaluate fitment. Unfortunately, the demeanor of the interviewer made the experience less constructive. A structured and respectful interaction would have been more conducive to effective communication.
