IT was part of 3 rounds including HR, Technical and Managerial. HR round was to assess basic eligibility and gather background information. 2nd round was to evaluate the candidate’s technical proficiency and domain knowledge and the final round was to gauge long-term potential, team fit, and alignment with organizational goals.
