It was good, it took only a week for the complete interview process. There was only couple of round for technical discussion and then they'll let you know about the resluts

Interview
Got the call from 'mindtelglobal' consultancy which agreed on my salary expectations and wanted me to get into the interview quickly. It is just traping the candidates on false promises & then these people blame you if you tell this.
Interviewer was some senior person and was not prepared at all, so asked 2-3 random questions and wrapped-up the interview.
So, seems these guys organize fake interviews to collect candidates' data & their time. This company's people seem that they don't have any sensible work to showcase to their clients, so just taking interviews.
Next round happened with some very senior person of the company.
Same day, I was told that I am selected for one below designation and I need to join next day.
And then this spineless and unethical HR and consultancy person started calling me multiple times to accept the salary 20% less than my expected salary with no other benefits, no joining bonus, even Coforge HR has fallen to new lows, threatening me that I need the job and should accept whatever she is offering. And these are taking all your id, family, education, employment documents to give you the offer, such a fraud way to trap the candidates. First they trap you by giving false salary promises then they take all your documents to give you the offer letter.
Serious suggestion to all Job seekers, these HRs and consultancy people are trying to exploit your situation to make their own money and play such cheap games in the last stage and till last moment you will never be told that they will not give your expected salary. Then in last they show their real face, saying you are selected for lower designation and for that salary is lower. But if you observe, neither of your interviews were of that level also, means they are doing cheating.
In the name of your selection, they will collect all your documents to build their database but they are just looking for someone who can be exploited at lowest salary.
So just start rejecting such people on their faces so that they can't exploit others and it becomes our own moral responsibility to show such shameless, unethical HRs their real place.
