Coforge Senior Practice Manager interview questions

Got in touch with NIIT through a head hunter. There were 2 rounds of interview and an online test. Thought it was relatively senior position, NIIT decided not to do face-2-face interview (rather Skype) with the hiring manager - which is bit surprising !! Both the interviewer were cordial and most of the discussion was role-specific. I had good experience on the overall process. On the downside, if your role requires relocation, then pls bring this topic / specifics in the beginning. I believe NIIT doesn't have a well defined relocation policy esp for folks with family setup. It was a major downer. Also I got a feeling that the concerned HR didn't have much experience doing senior level hiring so that could be an issue if you are targeting a management role there.
