First round: general HR screening Second round: relaxed discussion of previous experiences. More like a team fit interview, 1-2 "soft skill" questions. Third round: in-person interview. Technical questions, implementing an algorithm with no AI help, and whiteboarding the architecture of some app. I have not received any kind of answer or feedback after the third round.
