Cognex interview questions

This interview process was a joke. My initial interviews went well with HR and one of the sales reps. Then came the interview with a sales leader. I join the call and nobody comes on. After 15 minutes, I decide to leave the call and let HR know that nobody showed. They get back with me the next day and then reschedule me for the next week. Next week rolls around and then reschedule AGAIN. This was also during the holidays so people were out of office for periods of time; however, I didn’t get my final interview until 3 weeks after it was originally supposed to happen. At that point I’m 90% sure they had the spots filled, and had the final interview with me so they didn’t look bad. What a waste of time and effort, and I’m glad I didn’t get the role if this is how they respect people’s time.
