Cognizant Engineer Trainee interview questions

I gave the interview in July 2020 (through campus recruitment). There were total four rounds in the whole interview process. The rounds were as follows: 1.Aptitude round without any technical questions 2.Group Discussion 3.Voice Assessment: First they asked me to tell me about myself.It was kind of a managerial round though they would give you various situations and they would ask you how you would tackle it . 4.HR round: same as 3rd round. They asked me if i was comfortable with shifts and if i am ready to relocate. (No technical round)

The questions were based on basic programming. We had group discussion at first and then we had personal interviews. There were many rounds of personal interviews- two technical and one HR round. Overall it was a great experience
