Interview
I was initially contacted by two Talent Acquisition representatives regarding a role and attended my first online interview on January 2026. After the interview, I was informed that I had successfully passed the first round. However, this update was only provided after several follow-ups from my side, and I was told that my earlier email had been overlooked. When I continued to follow up for further updates, I did not receive any response.
What was even more confusing was that another Talent Acquisition team member later reached out to me for the same position, unaware of my previous interview. I had to explain my situation again and ask for an update on my application status. Unfortunately, until today, I have not received any response.
As a candidate, I find this process highly unprofessional and poorly managed. If there is no intention to proceed with a candidate, a proper and timely update would be greatly appreciated. I even applied for half-day leave to attend the interview, only to be left without closure.
This experience was disappointing, especially coming from a well-known company. Candidates deserve clear communication and respect throughout the recruitment process.
