Interview
Mostly in 3 levels unless the hiring is very project specific. In project specific hirings, additional 2 levels will add up which would include code submission and client face to face round.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
