Down to earth and interpersonal conversation. Looked for strong behavioral and explanation of past experiences and academic knowledge. Talked about the firm and what the position would entail and why I would be a stellar fit.

The on campus interview was very laid back. The questions were mainly behavioral with a few inquiries about school work. My office visit was very exciting as they just finished merging from Reznick Group to CohnReznick. Everyone in the office was eager to get to know each candidate and help in any way possible. They did not try to trash the Big Four but instead provided information about the great opportunities one can embrace at a growing firm like CohnReznick.
