Interview
I met the Office Manager at a recruiting event and set up an interview at the Office for the next day. The next day, I had my interview with the Manager and signed paperwork with admin. and started right away.
You interview the broker/office manager, versus them interviewing you. It’s an easy, fairly informal process that can take place in the office or offsite at a location of your choosing. This is where you learn about the company and ask any questions you have.
Fluid process. Very transparent about commission splits, front desk office time requirements, charity work for the community and administative process in the office relative to paperwork, invoice submission and marketing material provided.

Interview
I met with the manager in a one-on-one interview, she asked about my experience and my professional goals. In addition to discussing their referral program and company structure, I was given a tour of the office and met some of the other sales associates.
