I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Colgate-Palmolive (Piscataway, NJ) in May 2020
Interview
The interviews were very laid back and very chill. Be yourself, and you will do well in the interview. Make sure you are passionate about the company and that your goals align with their culture.
It was a two-step process
The first interview was with a recruiter
The last interview was with a company manager
It was about 45 minutes long with both of us first introducing ourselves, then moving on to the actual interview part. There were 4 start questions total with others being more straight forward

I was referred by a friend who was currently interning at Colgate at the time. HR rep contacted me and I was invited to do an online interview recording. The questions were very basic relating to qualifications and interest in the position. After, I was invited to do a virtual interview with a hiring manager.
