I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera in Jan 2016
Interview
There was a 3 round selection process.
The 1st was the aptitude section. Normal questions were asked.
The 2nd was the Group discussion round. They took 20 candidate at a time and gave a topic "APPLE".
The last was the Personal Interview round. They just check your presence of mind. No software related questions.

So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.

It was average interview. They explain very nicely all the procedure of technical recruiter . What is the of technical recruiter etc. It was easy interview . After I interview they told me about manager interview.
