Interview
I first connected with the staff of Collabera at a school career fair, next I corresponded over the phone with a corporate recruiter who set up the in person interview. My initial interview was at Collabera's office, where I met with 2 recruiters. About a week later I had another a lunch interview with a lead account manager.
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.
