I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Collabera (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I first was introduced to this company at a college job fair. I exchanged information with the recruiter at the fair and eventually scheduled my first interview at the Collabera office. For my first interview, I met with David. We discussed my past education, a little about my background, and then my past work experience. During this interview, we also discussed a few situational questions. After, I was offered to come back to meet for a second interview. For this step in the hiring process, we met at the office and then walked to a nearby restaurant with another employee. The setting was welcoming and relaxing while still being professional. For this interview, we discussed more in-depth my values and what kind of job I want and the company I want to work for after I graduate in the Spring. The next step in the interview process will be having the final interview closer to my graduation date if both parties are still interested.
