I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
I was contacted through a social network and had back and forth emails with the recruiter. We had a 20-30 minute phone call where we scheduled an interview for the following week. I went in and had a 45 minute interview with the sales floor manager. All seemed fine and I thought things went well. I was told I would hear back regardless. After 2 days of nothing I reached out and 2 days later the manager who interviewed me didn’t even respond to me, the original recruiter did. Very unprofessional and after doing more research I’m glad I did not get the position.

Question 1
Why I was interested in the company. They love diversity, and they like to have questions asked (or so my recruiter said)
There were a few zoom calls and then an in person interview, very striaght forward and everyone was super nice. They asked questions about resume and then conversation flowed naturally with the questions they had.
I had a phone call with the recruiter and then a Microsoft teams interview with the national account manager. Then I had an in person interview with national account manager and an account manager. The recruiter texted me afterwards and asked how it went and then I never heard a word from her or anyone after. It was a complete waste of my time and so unprofessional on their part. You would think they'd at least have the decency to let someone know they didn't get the job/what they did wrong.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Collabera (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2022
Interview
A recruiter contacted me and set up an interview over the phone to tell me more about the company and the opportunity that was available. The interview was very laid back and casual.
