I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Collabera in Oct 2018
Interview
I interviewed in Troy, MI once and then drove to Chicago, IL once on my own dime. the interviews were very easy and made to seem like everyone was really interested in you. Daniella Hartigan was, at first, very helpful in prepping me. After I interviewed in Chicago and the team told me they would let me know soon regarding the position, I was completely ignored. I emailed Daniella personally twice and she never responded. They were very unprofessional and rude.

Question 1
Simple sales interview. More about making connections and showing excitement than the actual questions.
There were a few zoom calls and then an in person interview, very striaght forward and everyone was super nice. They asked questions about resume and then conversation flowed naturally with the questions they had.
I had a phone call with the recruiter and then a Microsoft teams interview with the national account manager. Then I had an in person interview with national account manager and an account manager. The recruiter texted me afterwards and asked how it went and then I never heard a word from her or anyone after. It was a complete waste of my time and so unprofessional on their part. You would think they'd at least have the decency to let someone know they didn't get the job/what they did wrong.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Collabera (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2022
Interview
A recruiter contacted me and set up an interview over the phone to tell me more about the company and the opportunity that was available. The interview was very laid back and casual.
