Very straightforward, quality, no nonsense questions, one phone, one in person. Simple code tests. Asked technical and good soft skill questions. Felt like a direct hire interview but not quite as intense of extensive.

There's an initial phone interview, then a technical interview. Different teams of recruiters contacted me during this time (quite obvious that there's no clear communication between them). Recruiter also does not have a clear idea of the interview process! I got selected for the job (the client) however the offer will depend on the upper management so don't put your eggs in one basket if you apply (or they ask you to apply) for this company. Overall a bad experience.

Initially, the interview process is through telephonic next face to face then later client discussion or hr round then after 2 weeks they have hired me and sent an offer letter
