One of those is using clear communication, including proper equipment.
That day, that was not provided to me. 'interviewer_80' (or similar) voice was not audible, and the other interviewer, who was passive but clearly audible and understandable, did not take their role. This created a frustrating environment for all of us, everything else is just a consequence.
