Collabera Production Monitoring Analyst interview questions

This was not an interview, but for an email and a voice message from a representative about the position. The part that is troubling are the questions they want answered before they even seem to know who they are communicating with. I seem to get a lot of calls from recruiters claiming to be in America, but after a few questions it is obvious they are out of country.
