Collabora interview questions

I contected them directly through the site, the got back to me after some weeks, proposing a position as Software Engineer with relocation package. The interview happened via phone call, no technical question were asked, only my position on some Open Source aspects and my experience on projects. I hadn't much experience but I was willing to learn if needed, they were happy with that. It was a chat about me and them rather than an interview with the focus of selecting the best candidate. I was known in the field though; not largely but I guess sufficiently known to get straight to the philosophical points, skipping the technical ones.
