Telephone Interview then face to face interview.
Interview questions standard about experience. Not too difficult a process. As long as you have a Reservations experience and understand call centre procedures the questions are to be expected.
First step is a phone interview with HR- Second step- in person interview with HR, Final in person interview with hiring manager and supervisor. Standard questions asked, make sure to ask them questions
