Interview
Set up an initial phone screen with the office manager. It was very relaxed, all personality/fit based. Went in to interview with the managing director and a valuation director. Much like the phone screen, it was mainly about fit. No brain-busting questions just very basic real estate questions (what do you know about real estate, etc.).

What do you know about appraising commercial real estate?
The first meeting lasts 30 minutes and is done remotely. Super friendly chat and first great introduction. The interviewer puts you at ease. Colliers'HR manager is transparent and seems very organised.

Interview
The interview was conducted in person at their office by a director of valuation. It didn't feel like an interview, more like a casual discussion. When I asked, they also gave me a tour of their office.
