Interview
Super relaxed and felt more of a conversation than an interview, which I really enjoyed and always preferred this structure. I just had one zoom call and the person who interviewed me was super friendly.
My interview for the Brokerage Intern position was a really positive experience. The interviewer was welcoming and asked thoughtful, well-structured questions that allowed me to highlight both my interest in commercial real estate and the skills I’ve developed through my coursework and past internships.
We discussed the day-to-day responsibilities of the role, and I appreciated how transparent they were about the fast-paced, team-oriented nature of the environment. I felt comfortable discussing my background in market research, client communication, and working with CRM tools. They seemed genuinely interested in how I approach learning and take initiative, which made the conversation feel more like a dialogue than a standard Q&A.
I left the interview even more enthusiastic about the opportunity. The team seems collaborative and driven, and I believe I could really grow there and contribute meaningfully.

Interview
I applied on Handshake and was reached out by someone in HR. I had one zoom interview with the recruiter and overall it was a great process. She was very friendly and was genuinely interested in getting to know me. Was asked just basic behavioral questions and within a few days received an offer.
