Collins Aerospace Associate Systems Engineer interview questions

Very standard interviewing questions. Talk about a challenging task you faced and how you overcame it. Talk about what makes you a good candidate for the position over other potential candidates.

I applied for the position online at the recommendation of a colleague and received a request for a phone screen interview with several engineering managers. This interview lasted roughly 30 minutes and they asked both behavioral and technical questions. About a week later I received a request to come for an onsite interview in Cedar Rapids, IA. The complete interview process took about half the day and consisted of an introduction presentation about myself, a panel interview with several engineering managers as well as a site tour. I received an offer roughly 3 weeks later.
