I applied online. I interviewed at Colony Brands (Monroe, WI) in Sep 2016
Interview
Very easy, no appointment needed. You just walk in, and if you didn't apply, they will have you fill out an app, then interview you, which is basically going over your app. then you wait for a call and get hired.
Excellent Interview process, great response time, very prompt on time of phone interview, was able to access their communication systems when trying to get updates on further details of the position as well as the payschedule

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Colony Brands (Kathleen, GA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Quick phone call about job history and availability. Run down on job title and expectations including shifts which you get to pick from. After the interview you receive a call back a week later saying you got the job along with an email containing all the onboarding documents and your training schedule plus work schedule and start date.
I applied online. I interviewed at Colony Brands (Saint Joseph, MO) in Sep 2020
Interview
Not too bad. The woman I spoke with was nice enough. The only upsetting part of the whole process was being offered a job over voicemail and then when I called them back to accept, they informed me that they had already filled the position. I don't really see the point in offering someone a job if you don't give them until the end of the day to accept. I had another interview that day so I didn't call her back to accept until about 3 hours later.
