Be prepared to share success stories, your strengths and weaknesses, and questions asking how you would handle certain situations. You generally will interview with District Manager you will be under, along with the Sales director, and possibly another District Manager.

Interview process was efficient and organized. Very clear questions about relevant issues. Come prepared with portfolio knowledge and an understanding of the territory you will be managing. Visiting the area ahead of time is a good idea.
