I was contacted by the recruiter for an initial phone screening. He was very informative and kept in great contact throughout the entire process. I never had to sit idle and wonder. I had a few additional interviews with managers thru the business and all were very well structured, but did not feel disingenuous or forced. It was a great atmosphere and they did a really good job of painting a picture of the business, the needs, the opportunities, etc. From the initial phone screen to the job offer, it was about 10 days. This was by a LONG SHOT the best interview process I'd ever experienced. It was purposeful, timely, and respectful.
