The hiring process including on boarding was very smooth. I applied on the company's website and received a call from the store manager few days after that. She called me in for a one-on-one interview and asked basic interview questions

Very easy and casual. Asked the basic things such as, my background and what jobs I had experience in. They introduced themselves, and we talked about our hobbies. Very simple!

Easy going and straightforward. Asked maybe 5-6 questions. Hired on site and accepted offer right after the interview. Mostly situational questions were asked and nothing too difficult. Talked about previous experience and anything I wanted to know about the company.
