I applied for a remote position and was offered an interview with one of the recruiters. Almost immediately, it was clear that I was not what the company wanted, even without speaking. The interaction felt condescending and unprofessional. In addition to the strange, condescending tone, I was asked to validate things that were not relevant to the role (e.g., being asked to explain what state I was licensed in and *why* I chose to be licensed in that state for a non-licensed role). Though I think I received some feedback that I will use in future interviews, I have never, ever felt uncomfortable interacting with any recruiter at any company before this interview. Furthermore, offering less than $20 for a role that requires/prefers a Master's degree is egregious. It saddens me that a company that is apparently a leader in mental health cares so little for its employees. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company to anyone in good faith.
