Comcast Customer Account Executive interview questions

I filled out an app online. I was called back 2 or 3 days later to my surprise. I was called for a General Information session 08-25-10 and we were all asked why we wanted to work for comcast by the HR peeps, and if they liked us enough they emaied us an assessment the same day. I passed the assessment on thursday 08-6-10 and was emailed that I will be scheduled for a group interview for 09-14-10 or 09-15-10. So I am now waiting to be told the date and time of my interview and the date is 09-07-10.

First there was an information session where they weed out the people that aren't right for the job, next there is the testing, then there is the 2 on 1 interview where you find out if you have the job. Just really act as if you relate to the position that the customer may be in, and also let the interviewer know that you will go above and beyond for the customer.
