Comcast Director interview questions

Initial interviewer asked basic business questions with some limited additional focus on media and cable aspects. Second round interviews were made up of four individual interviews and included much deeper questions related to specific job responsibilities.

I applied, submitted a Hirevue video screen interview and then ghosted for 6 weeks. The recruiter was helpful but ultimately the hiring manager did not seem interested in actually reviewing the applications for the req. If it takes 6 weeks to go through applications, how badly do they need the position?
