Interview
Phone interview followed by in person interview. Interview lasted about 40 minutes. They ask behavioral questions and you answer using the STAR method. Was interviewed by two people but two others were sitting in the room also. So it was kind of awkward because they didn't join the interview.

Tell me about a time when you dealt with an unhappy customer and what was the outcome.
The interview is a freaking joke. They put you the most rdiculous assessment and multiple interviews for an entry level. It's all about seeing how much of minion you will be.

Interview
Informal face to face and later phone interview. Based on the fact that my resume and advanced degree made me over qualified. That is my conclusion. The follow up phone interview was quick and that was when I knew that they could not understand why I applied for that outside sales position. The truth is I loved the flexibility and uncapped commission.
